Registration closes once capacity is reached or on 15th July 2026, whichever is earlier. Apply early — past conventions have filled up weeks in advance.
Schedule & Activities
Yes, Hatha Yoga / Naad Yoga at 4:00 AM is a core part of the convention experience and is expected of all participants (except for medical reasons). It is one of the most transformative aspects of the week — past participants consistently describe it as life-changing.
Shramdaan (literal: donation of labour) is a 15-minute collective cleaning of the campus every morning. It reflects the Gandhian values of self-reliance, humility, and community spirit that are central to SPIC MACAY's philosophy.
Volunteering
Volunteers are the backbone of the convention. Roles include logistics coordination, hospitality, artist liaison, media documentation, technical support, and seva (community service). Volunteering is a deeply fulfilling experience and volunteers get full access to all events.
