1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SPIC MACAY — VNIT Nagpur Chapter website and registering for any events, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website or registering for events.

2. Eligibility

Events organized by SPIC MACAY — VNIT Nagpur are primarily open to students, faculty, and staff of VNIT Nagpur. External participants may be permitted at the chapter's discretion. Participants must provide accurate personal information during registration.

3. Event Participation

All participants are expected to adhere to the code of conduct established by SPIC MACAY and VNIT Nagpur. The organizing committee reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants who violate guidelines. Event schedules, venues, and performers are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Registration & Cancellation

Registration for events is on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmed registrations may be cancelled by notifying the organizing team at least 48 hours before the event. The committee reserves the right to cancel or postpone events due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of SPIC MACAY and VNIT Nagpur Chapter unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Photography & Media

Events may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, participants consent to the use of their likeness in event documentation and publicity materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

SPIC MACAY — VNIT Nagpur Chapter shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs during events. Participants attend at their own risk.

8. Modifications

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any modifications. Last updated: July 2026.
